Using the website

The pages describe our sourcing and freight coordination work in general. A description on the website is not a quote and not a binding offer.

A specific shipment, purchase, inspection, or delivery is agreed separately, when both sides have agreed the details in writing.

Do not misuse the website, try to disrupt it, or send us passwords or identity documents we did not ask for.

The website does not provide customer accounts or passwords.

Facebook Page messages

Messaging the BZ Global Trading Facebook Page is voluntary, and it is separate from using this website. The message passes through Meta and through our hosting provider, Vercel. Our owner-test Messenger bridge stores only technical metadata in a database hosted by Neon in the United States. Our bridge database does not store message text. Staff read and answer in Meta's Page tools.

We use AI tools, specifically OpenAI, connected through Composio, to help read and draft or send replies to Page messages and comments. Those providers process that text. Staff can review a conversation and take it over. That help is not a decision about a contract, a shipment, or your legal rights.

The privacy notice explains this more fully. There is no automatic deletion. We handle a deletion request by hand. Some logs, backups, and copies held by a provider may remain, and we will tell you the outcome. The data deletion instructions explain how to ask.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page is the date of the latest version.
